In the last days, we can see that many people went in protests against the Israeli prime-minister. Among the desires of the people we can count the fact that the Government was not able to handle in a good manner the fight against coronavirus and the trial of the prime-minister accused to corruption.

I have chosen the Onion analysis because I think in a socio-political situation like the one described below it is very easy to understand the whole picture, also, it is covering both sides (or all sides) and it gives a better and deeper meaning of the issue. The actors In the last days, we can see that many people went in protests against the Israeli prime-minister. Among the desires of the people we can count the fact that the Government was not able to handle in a good manner the fight against coronavirus and the trial of the prime-minister accused to corruption.
On the other hand, the Government does actions to support the economy, investing money in it (up to 1.9 bn US$) but also not interfering much with the demonstrators. However, the people are bringing up the fact that he (Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) is still in trial so the issue is also about him as a public figure, not only regarding the pandemic and economic issues.
Furthermore, the current bill that gives more powers to the Government until 2021 made the situation more visible, this fact being probably the main wick of starting the fire in this situation.
In this way, although we can easily find guilt on both sides of the spectrum, it is not the blaming part that should come in for a comprehensive analysis, but a step by step overview of the actions, in order to understand the reasons and then to see what it can be done to improve it for a better change.
