My background
A few lines abou my background, approach and view.
My name is Silviu Petrariu, I am a Coach, Trainer and Conflict Manager.
After my 5 years of Academics I entered in Non-formal education where I am participating and delivering trainings and workshops (in Bulgaria, The Netherlands, Hungary, Romania, Greece) and I have coaching sessions (groups or 1-to-1).
My backgroung
My approach is coming from Coaching and Conflict management, I am direct but in a very comprehensive way, so that between me and the people I work with to be able to create a bond based on trust and not in a formal way of "I am presenting, you are learning", more like 'we can do it together'; it is the same as I am working with the volunteers that I am coordinating, where I explain and talk with them frankly but soft.

As from my approach in/for the society, I go with the idea of seeing people around, and I am avoiding labeling the people around me.

As supportive attitudes of mine when working with people are the motivation and openness to learn and to receive feedback (of any kind), as the same I offer to people, constructive even if it's not always comfortable (to hear or to receive); moreover, the way I do/build things and relations around be is also a good pattern, as in relations in the working area (also with the personal one) by finding common ground with the people around me.
